She didn’t choose caregiving — caregiving chose her.
Years ago, in a quiet moment of surrender, Jacqueline whispered a prayer that would shape her life: “Lord, take me, break me, remold me, and use me unto Your glory.” She didn’t know then that those words would become the foundation of a calling — one built not on titles or tasks, but on tenderness.
Life had taught her to listen deeply, to see beyond the surface, and to hold space for others in their most vulnerable moments. Whether comforting a grieving spouse, calming a confused elder, or simply sitting in silence beside someone who felt forgotten, she carried empathy like a lantern — lighting the way for those who needed it most.
Her love for helping others wasn’t just a trait; it was a divine assignment. And every time she stepped into an assignment, she handled it with grace, compassion, humility, and the quiet strength of someone who had been broken, remolded, and sent to serve.

Though Serenity Haven Care is newly founded, its heart beats with over a decade of hands-on caregiving experience. Jacqueline has spent more than 10 years walking alongside families with empathy, emotional intelligence, and unwavering respect. Her journey has included private home care, hospice support, and relationship-centered service — always marked by trust and dignity. Now, as the founder of Serenity Haven Care, she brings that legacy into a new chapter, building a business where caregivers are empowered and every client is treated like family.
